Brief Job Description: The individual is responsible for installing, configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting computer networks and storage systems. The role involves setting up network devices such as routers and switches, installing network cables, configuring connectivity, maintaining storage devices, identifying hardware and network faults, and ensuring the smooth functioning of networking and storage infrastructure.
Personal Attributes: The job requires basic computer knowledge, technical aptitude, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, good communication, and attention to detail. The candidate should be willing to learn new technologies, work independently or in a team, follow safety procedures, and provide effective technical support at customer locations.
